An Evening of Ghost Stories with Charles J. Adams III

Hershey Area Playhouse is proud to present, An Evening of Ghost Stories with Charles J. Adams III. As seen on the Travel Channel’s Paranormal Challenge, Ghost Adventures, and Mysteries at the Museum; Nippon Network’s (Japan) Riddles at the Ends of the Earth, and on The History Channel, A&E, The Learning Channel, National Geographic Channel, and MTV.

Charles J. Adams III writes regular features on travel and local legends in the Reading Eagle newspaper. In addition, he has written more than 35 books on the paranormal, folklore, shipwrecks, train wrecks, and baseball. He is also editor of The Historical Review of Berks County, a quarterly journal published by the Berks History Center, a.k.a. The Historical Society of Berks County.

 

Mr. Adams has also appeared as a consultant and an on-air “expert” for programs on hauntings and ghosts on The History Channel, A&E, The Learning Channel, National Geographic Channel, and MTV. He has led ghost tours in England, Scotland, Wales, Bermuda, the Bahamas, and throughout New England and the Mid-Atlantic States. In 2015, he was selected as the ghost storyteller at the W.B. Yeats Festival in County Donegal, Ireland.

 

He has been published in the Edgar Allan Poe Review, and at the request of producer M. Night Shyamalan his book, Bucks County Ghost Stories, was used as a prop in the movie, Signs.
